Veoma is a coordination and community platform for professional airline crew — flight deck and cabin. By creating an account you agree to the terms below.

Who can join

Veoma is for verified airline crew at supported airlines: pilots and cabin crew alike. Verification (company ID or licence, reviewed by a human) is required before you can reach other members, post a swap, or use Hangouts. Accounts that misrepresent identity or employment are removed.

Some features are specific to a role because the operation is. Roster swaps are flight deck only, as a swap is scoped to a rank and a fleet and must be one the other pilot can legally operate. Everything social — Hangouts, the crew network, messages — is open to all verified crew.

Swaps are coordination, not authorisation

Veoma helps two pilots find each other and agree on a trade. It does not — and cannot — approve a roster change. Every swap agreed on Veoma must still be submitted through your airline's official process and remains subject to your airline's rules, rostering approval and flight-time limitations. You are responsible for confirming a swap is legal and approved before operating it.

Acceptable use

• Keep it professional — no harassment, spam or solicitation.
• Post only your own duties, and only information you are entitled to share.
• No scraping, reselling or automated access to platform data.
• Treat Hangouts as you would a crew room. Plans and invitations are for genuine meet-ups between colleagues — not dating, not selling, not recruiting. Hosts may decline or remove anyone, and need give no reason.

Your content

You own what you post. You grant Veoma the limited licence needed to display it to the crew you direct it to (e.g. an anonymised swap post on your airline's board, or a Hangout plan in the city you are in).

Liability

Veoma is provided as-is. Weather products are decoded from official sources for situational awareness and are not a substitute for an operational briefing. Veoma is not liable for rostering, disciplinary or operational consequences of trades arranged between pilots.

Hangouts introduces crew to each other; it does not vet anyone beyond confirming they are verified airline crew. Meeting other members is voluntary and at your own risk, and you remain bound by your airline's own conduct and rest requirements.

Ending an account

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical.
