Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Veoma account and everything associated with it at any time. Here is how, and exactly what happens.

Delete it yourself, in the app

Open Veoma and go to Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. You confirm and re-enter your password, and your account is removed immediately.

If you signed up with Google you may never have set a password. Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to set one — it works even for an account that has never had one — then delete as above.

Don't have the app anymore?

Email us at veoma.app@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify it is you and remove the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your identity: your profile, imported roster, swap posts and offers, messages, connections, uploaded avatar and verification document, and your login. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What we keep

Only anonymous, aggregate statistics that contain no name, email, or any identifier — used to understand overall usage. Nothing that can be traced back to you remains.
