Why Veoma exists
Veoma is built by line pilots who fly these rosters. Every airline crew room runs on the same improvised toolkit: swap requests shouted into group chats, weather decoded from memory, months planned on screenshots. The tools pilots rely on daily were never designed for the job — so we designed them.
Everything in Veoma starts from how flying actually works: duties in UTC, swap boards scoped to your airline, rank and fleet, and anonymity treated as a safety feature rather than an afterthought.
